Co-Founder & CEO
Sachin Shaha is an engineering graduate from the Pune University. After spending about 20 years in the IT Industry, decided to bring his love for organic farming and technology together, to start OrgaSatva. His farming background and understanding of the problems that Organic farmers face helped him work on the entire supply chain for all the products offered on the OrgaSatva platform. Through his strong technical foundation, he has put together a strong web and mobile platform for OrgaSatva that offering a wide range of 100% certified organic products to customers at an extremely affordable price. Sachin was instrumental in the packing unit's initial setup, regulatory compliance, and business process optimisation. He made a lot of effort in the early going to build brand awareness for Orgasatva by putting up stalls in Pune and Mumbai's farmers weekly markets. That really contributes in building consumer trust.
SUNIL BAGUL
Co-Founder & COO
Sunil, a veteran Air Warrior, transitioned into the IT industry after retiring and held senior positions in various large organizations. After accumulating over 15 years of experience, he made the decision to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations. Sunil established a chemical industry focused on drug intermediates for the pharmaceutical sector. Throughout his career, he has maintained a passion for farming and assisting farmers in engaging in organic practices. It was during this time that the concept of OrgaSatva was conceived. Presently, Sunil tirelessly collaborates with farmers to promote organic farming and strengthen OrgaSatva's supply chain while upholding the principles of sustainability.
